We collect information only when you choose to provide it:

• Contact and consultation form: your name, company, work email, service of interest and message.
• Careers form: your name, email, phone number, location, role of interest, experience, message and any resume you attach or email to us.
• Chat assistant: the type of support and industry you select, your name, company, business email, phone number and a description of your requirement, when you choose to submit a requirement.
• Email and phone: information you include when you contact us directly.

The chat assistant answers from a fixed knowledge base of website content. It does not send your messages to any external artificial-intelligence service.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
• To consider your application for employment or placement with our clients, where you have submitted a resume.
• To keep records of business communications as required by law and good practice.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

This website does not set tracking cookies. The chat assistant stores your conversation in your browser's session storage so that it continues as you move between pages, and keeps a record of submitted requirements in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files.

Enquiries are handled by the ND Technology Solutions team. If you ask about estate planning, your details may be shared with our partner WillJini so that they can assist you. If you apply for a role with one of our clients, your profile is shared with that client for the purpose of the application. We may use service providers (for example email and business software) who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We keep information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or application and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to team members who need it, and information is handled in line with reasonable security practices.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to hr@ndtechsol.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is intended for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
